Maxihome strengthens its network with 14 new agents

Made up of agents, Maxihome positions itself as the leading French multi-activity network in the real estate sector. Its unique feature is that it offers a wide range of real estate-related services related to wealth management (insurance, loans, tax-exempt products), enabling it to support clients throughout their projects.

14 new agents joined the network in April 2012.
Six have been established in Rhône-Alpes: two in Drôme (Montelimar and Châteauneuf-de-Galaure, near Romans); three in Isère (Saint-Martin-d'Hères, Beaurepaire and Voiron) and one in Rhône (Tassin-la-Demi-Lune).
Three have started their activity in Ile-de-France: One in Paris (14th), one in Seine-et-Marne (Montereau-Fault-Yonne) and another in Essonne (Ballancourt, near Mennecy).
Two settled in Aquitaine: One in Gironde (Bordeaux) and a second in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques, in Biarritz.
The network has also established new agents in the PACA region (Marseille, in Bouches-du-Rhône); in the North (Warhem, near Dunkirk) and in Midi-Pyrénées (St-Genest-de-Contest, near Castres).

OBJECTIVE: 400 AGENTS WITHIN TWO YEARS

The network's logistics (call center for scheduling appointments, internally developed customer management tool, specific sites for agents, multi-distribution, etc.) optimize field work.
Maxihome currently has more than 200 agents and is aiming for 400 within two years.
