23 new Maxihome real estate agents since the beginning of the year

Maxihome, the leading multi-activity real estate network, has established 23 new agents across France since the beginning of the year. This real estate network, which also provides asset management services (insurance, loans, tax relief, etc.), already has 200 agents and is aiming for 400 within two years.

Made up of agents, Maxihome positions itself as the leading French multi-activity network in the real estate sector. Its unique feature is that it offers a wide range of real estate-related services related to wealth management (insurance, loans, tax-exempt products), enabling it to support clients throughout their projects.

23 new agents have joined the network since the beginning of 2012.
Four have settled in Ile-de-France: three in the same town in Val-d'Oise (Marly-la-Ville) and one in Essonne (Paray-Vieille Poste).
Four have started their activity in the PACA region, the cradle of this brand originating from Bouches-du-Rhône: two in Bouches-du-Rhône (Châteaurenard, Plan-d'Orgon), one in Var (La Seyne-sur-Mer) and one in Vaucluse (Avignon/Vedène).
Three have been established in Rhône-Alpes: one in Ardèche (La Bégude near Aubenas) and two in Isère (Villefontaine and Champier, near La Côte St-André). 
Three in the North: two in Lille and one in Valenciennes.
The network has also established new agents in Alsace, in the Bas-Rhin (Kirrwiller); in the Aquitaine region, in Gironde (Gradignan); in Brittany, in Côtes-d'Armor (Pleslin-Trigavou near Dinan); in Corsica (Bastia); in Languedoc-Roussillon, in Hérault (Montpellier); in Lorraine, in Meurthe-et-Moselle (Herserange near Longwy); in Picardy, in Oise (Crépy-en-Valois); in Midi-Pyrénées, in Tarn-et-Garonne (Bouillac, near Montauban) and in Poitou-Charentes, in the department of Charente (Ste-Colombe near Confolens).

OBJECTIVE: 400 AGENTS WITHIN TWO YEARS

Founded in 2009 by Christophe Celdran, Maxihome brings together agents specializing in real estate and financial services. Split into four complementary divisions (Maxihome Real Estate, Maxihome Insurance, Maxihome Credit, Maxihome Tax Exemption), the brand is present throughout France and offers, through its agents, sales of new, existing, and commercial real estate, tax exemption, financing, and insurance products.
With the network's goal being to grow in a stable, solid, and sustainable manner, Maxihome prioritizes qualitative development with agents benefiting from territorial exclusivity zones. The network's logistics (call center for scheduling appointments, internally developed customer management tool, specific sites for agents, multi-distribution, etc.) optimize field work.
Maxihome, which currently has 200 agents, is aiming for 400 within two years.
