3 m² of catering for the new EDHEC campus in Croix-Roubaix

The business school has a brand-new, three-story (3 m²) catering center, an essential tool for meeting the needs and daily needs of the 000 students on campus. The restaurants are also open to all outsiders.



Everyone can thus appreciate this new catering complex, composed of:

- a self-service restaurant, offering a variety of services,

- A table service restaurant – Brasserie theme, more traditional,

- A fast food restaurant,

- A shop with snacks,

- An automatic distribution, for small appetites at any time,



CREACEPT also worked on the development of the breakfast office and the lobby bar, in the hotel located within the campus accommodation area.

The implementation of these catering concepts meets precise design criteria, taking into account "customer cultures", regulatory requirements (food hygiene, work, accessibility, etc.), the constructive aspect including High Environmental Quality targets, as well as the financial aspect.



Responding to the student's conviviality and enjoyment, most of the restaurants open onto the campus gardens. In a sleek, modern, and stylish setting, diners enjoy balanced, gourmet, and international cuisine.
