ACO has developed a complete range of watertight stainless steel pipes and fittings, which ensure the safety and durability of drainage networks for buildings and industry.

ACO Pipe is a reliable, durable, and hygienic interlocking piping system. The stainless steel pipes are suitable for drainage applications for soil water, wastewater, rainwater, and industrial effluent.

ACO Pipe has exceptional qualities that have already proven themselves in numerous aggressive environments and perfectly meet the very stringent requirements imposed in the industrial sector. Exposed to the most extreme conditions, the pipes made of AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel withstand the alternating flow of cold and very hot water as well as chemicals.

Thus, the ACO Pipe system is very popular in many areas of industry: food and beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical and petrochemical, heavy industry, but also in water desalination plants, etc.

ACO Pipe pipes are also used in construction for the drainage of grey and black water and in residential applications (rain, sanitary, basements).

A rich range

The ACO Pipe range offers a wide choice of over 1 systems including

straight tubes, elbows, branches, enlargers and reducers

diameter.

Pipes and fittings are available in diameters of 50, 75, 110, 125, 160 and 200 mm

with lengths ranging from 0,15 meters to 6 meters.

Lightweight (fully loaded weight ranging from 3 kg/m to 38 kg/m) yet extremely rigid

and resistant, they can withstand a working pressure of 0,5 bar and up to 2 bars maximum,

with sleeve clips.

The pipe joints are equipped with a double sealing system, either with a

integrated double-lip seal in EPDM material, or with a Viton® seal, intended for applications

special with the presence of oils, solvents and strong acids. This device ensures perfect

watertightness between each element as well as great durability over time.

Why choose ACO Pipe?

A proven and reliable solution, ACO Pipe offers many advantages:

• Non-flammable: while cast iron has less fire resistance, ACO Pipe is certified

as a non-combustible product of class A1, which allows it to be free from installation

additional fire collars. Furthermore, unlike plastic, steel pipes

stainless steel does not release toxic fumes in the event of a fire.

• Acoustic insulation: ACO Pipe limits the propagation of noise in the pipes.

• Thermal resistance: steel pipes have a low coefficient of thermal expansion,

approximately 1 per 1 mm per 000°C.

• Hygienic: electropolishing treatment gives ACO Pipe stainless steel tubes

a hard, smooth surface that allows efficient water drainage, facilitates cleaning

preventing the deposit of possible waste, thus slowing the rise of bad odors.

• Durability: all pipes are stripped and passivated to ensure better resistance

corrosion and abrasion. The use of these modern processes ensures their longevity

greater than 50 years. Maintaining these properties over time guarantees the stability of the networks

and operational safety.

• Simplified implementation: the unique interlocking system provides assembly

easy. Easy to handle, ACO Pipe pipes can be installed without risk and provide

the use of special tools, which significantly reduces installation time and costs

of maintenance.

• Certification: Pipes are tested for pressure, vacuum, noise, fire and leakage.

They comply with EN 1124-1 and EN 1124-2 standards for wastewater drainage,

EN 12056 for gravity drainage systems for indoor use in buildings and EN 752 for

drainage and sewer systems outside buildings.

Combined with other ACO product lines, the result is a perfect system that offers a sustainable drainage solution and unique benefits for customers.
