ACO present at SEPAG in Valencia stand B2
With the HygieneFirst philosophy, ACO is committed to designing intelligent drainage solutions, in compliance with EHEDG recommendations, from initial design and installation through to cleaning and maintenance.
The HygieneFirst philosophy
HygieneFirst guarantees maximum hygiene to avoid any risk of contamination of raw materials and finished products; improves staff safety conditions during kitchen operations and cleaning; and contributes to reducing operating costs
thanks to savings in terms of labor, detergents and business interruptions
for cleaning or repair operations.
The ACO Epur HygieneFirst range
Perfect hygiene
The inverted siphon bell acting as a hydraulic stopper stops bad odors;
tank with diamond-shaped slopes facilitates flow towards the siphon box; the shaped boxes
radiated prevent stagnation of liquids and solid waste; their stainless steel composition
perfectly withstands corrosive and mechanical attacks, and gives them insensitivity to
cleaning agents; finally, the removable siphon and the grids are suitable for being passed through the
dishwasher.
Optimal security
The design of the meshes and shapes of the grating grids ensures high reliability in
the use and handling of the products; their manufacture and robustness are proven and the
certified siphons and gutters. Thus, the safety conditions of personnel during the phases
kitchen and cleaning actions are optimized while maintaining impeccable hygiene.
Easy installation
The installation of ACO Epur HygieneFirst can be done in two stages, before the floor is laid
(for the siphon box), and when laying the floor (for the gutter). The siphons are equipped
a waterproofing restoration on the siphon box plate, which avoids a recess in the slab
installation; the products are equipped with adjustment and rotation feet to facilitate the setting
level with respect to the finished floor.
Certified according to the NF EN 1253 standard, ACO Epur HygieneFirst offers excellent resistance to
loads thanks to its grating grids (55kN/m² in width 300, 40kN/m² in width 400, 30kN/
m² in width 500). The range complies with regulations on accessibility for people with
reduced mobility (PRM).
The ACO MODUL gutter
ACO Modul is a stainless steel channel, with slot or grid, with or without integrated slope, used for
demarcate dry areas from wet areas, on floors where cleaning has a low flow rate.
The system includes a tank with bolted flange and soft Nitrile seal, equipment
waterproofing under screed and recovery of any infiltration water. The various ACO kits
Stainless steel modules consist of the following elements: siphon boxes with covers,
plates, risers, siphon bells, straight junction and outlet elements, end plates,
etc.
ACO Eskis gutters and siphons
The Eskis range is made up of specifically adapted telescopic gutters and siphons
to small kitchens.
The gutter system includes a waste basket, a siphon box, an odor control device, and adjustable feet. Their flow rate varies from 3,3 to 4 l/s.
The stainless steel siphons with horizontal or vertical outlet, with diameters of 75 and 110, allow rapid evacuation of wastewater between 1.6 and 4 l/s.
ACO Pipe pipelines
ACO Pipe is a reliable, durable and hygienic push-fit piping system. Pipes and fittings are available in diameters of 50, 75, 110, 125, 160 and 200 mm.
with lengths ranging from 0,15 meters to 6 meters.
Lightweight (fully loaded weight ranging from 3 kg/m to 38 kg/m) yet extremely rigid
and resistant, they can withstand a working pressure of 0,5 bar and up to 2 bars maximum,
with sleeve clips.
