Acquisition of 75% of the French company Caladair by the Zehnder group

Caladair, a family-owned company based in Mâcon that manufactures air handling units and thermodynamic systems, is now 75% owned by the Zehnder group. With this acquisition, the latter is consolidating its position in the collective and tertiary buildings sector, providing a relevant climate engineering solution for the tertiary sector, in line with the requirements of the new RE2020 regulations.
