Acquisition of the company DISTRI PEINTURES 37 by the T&G DISTRIBUTION network

The network of distribution agencies of T&G Distribution, a subsidiary of the Berkem Group, is expanding with the acquisition of DISTRI PEINTURES 37, located in Parçay-Meslay, near Tours (Indre-et-Loire). Founded in 1999, DISTRI PEINTURES 37 specializes in the sale of paints for wood, metal, and interior decoration and construction. This product range is complemented by the sale of equipment and tools for paint application, such as spray guns, brushes, and personal protective equipment (coveralls, masks, etc.). Today, DISTRI PEINTURES 37 serves both professional clients (tradespeople, interior designers, kitchen fitters, etc.) and individuals. The company offers its services throughout the Centre region and its neighboring departments. In 2015, it generated a turnover of €400.000. With the addition of DISTRI PEINTURES 37, the T&G DISTRIBUTION network now comprises eight branches: Chalon-sur-Saône, Gap, Rennes, Toulouse, Tours, Vaulx-en-Velin, Tongeren (Belgium), and Barcelona (Spain). It specializes in supplying products for the protection and preservation of wood, metal, glass, and plastic materials, as well as small equipment for professionals, industrial companies, and tradespeople involved in the processing or improvement of these materials. The Berkem Group began establishing the T&G DISTRIBUTION network in 2011 with the aim of providing reliable service, in terms of performance and technical expertise, and high-quality support tailored to its professional clientele.
