Acquisition of the company L'ESTAMPILLE by the company T&G DISTRIBUTION

L'ESTAMPILLE was created in January 1996 following the success of a company founded under the sole name of Francis GERMAIN in 1985. Indeed, this company, which at the time dealt with finishes on wood and wood-based materials, experienced such growth and influence among its customers that Francis GERMAIN decided to expand its services by creating L'ESTAMPILLE, a consulting and distribution company for solutions for wood materials.

Today, this company supplies products and consumables to professionals in the wood industry (varnishes, stains, lacquers, glues, abrasives, spraying equipment, portable power machines, etc.).

L'ESTAMPILLE operates in the Île-de-France region, meeting the needs of nearly 200 client accounts. It also operates over-the-counter sales, particularly to serve local professional customers.

Today, this Parisian agency has three employees (the director, a store manager, and a sales representative). In 2015, L'ESTAMPILLE generated a turnover of nearly €500.000.

To date, the T&G DISTRIBUTION network consists of 10 agencies: Chalon-sur-Saône, Gap, Paris, Rennes, Saint-Dizier, Toulouse, Tours, Vaulx-en-Velin, Tongres (Belgium) and Barcelona (Spain).
It specializes in the supply of products for the preparation, protection, and decoration of wood, metal, glass, and plastic materials, as well as equipment intended for professionals, industrialists, and craftsmen, for the transformation or improvement of these materials.
The establishment of the T&G DISTRIBUTION network by the Berkem Group began in 2011, with one aim: to offer reliable service provision, in terms of performance and techniques, and quality support, adapted to its professional clientele.
With the integration of L'ESTAMPILLE into its network, T&G DISTRIBUTION is expanding its area of operation by now directly reaching wood industry players in the Ile de France region.
Through this acquisition, L'ESTAMPILLE strengthens its range of products and services, and benefits from the support of
integrated services of the Berkem Group such as R&D, purchasing, QSE and regulatory monitoring, IT,
logistics, communication, marketing.
