Initially created as a simple job listing site, Action BTP.com now boasts portal status. This means that beyond job offers and applications, the site offers a wide range of services, from the most traditional to the most innovative. 
Positioned in the building and public works trades, ActionBTP.com is aimed at all profiles, " with a majority of companions ", explains Yann Keller, communications manager for ActionBTP.com. With more than 2 job offers and more than 200 CVs, the site aims to facilitate connections between candidates and employers.

A headhunting service

In addition to the traditional candidate and recruiter spaces, the geolocation service and the search engine, the site offers a headhunter service. An advisor is assigned to the client for the year and follows their recruitment from A to Z ", explains Yann Keller. According to him, some professionals in the construction sector do not have the time or the possibility to carry out recruitment on the Internet.

The site also offers a CV database of 35 candidates, updated weekly. Recruiters can view these anonymous CVs without registering to get a better idea of the profiles. Registering on the site lifts this anonymity.

Partners with several sites, search engines and institutions (job forums, local missions, etc.), ActionBTP intends to expand the visibility of its advertisements in this way.

Supporting candidates

For candidates, the site also offers assistance in writing their CVs and cover letters. A map of training schools in France and a video section presenting the various construction trades allow them to advance in their professional world.
