ACTIS preserves the heritage of a Haussmannian building thanks to its TRISO SUPER 12 insulation solution

The roofing company Le Méhauté, a member of the Compagnon du Devoir association, renovated the roof of a Haussmann-style building in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. Listed as a historic monument in Paris, mansard roofs require special expertise during renovation work.  

Actis' TRISO-SUPER 12 reflective multi-layer insulation solution was selected for this restoration, as it provides thermal insulation (R = 5,25 M2. K/W) from the outside, while preserving aesthetics and watertightness (air, water and water vapor) thanks to a reflective membrane incorporating an HPV screen. With a thickness of 35 mm, TRISO-SUPER 12 thus saves on the installation of a vapor barrier, a roof underlay or even a rain screen.

This high-performance solution guarantees optimal insulation comfort without damaging the building's Haussmannian heritage.
