Activ Travaux, a national brand that brings together 90 construction brokers and nearly 2 professionals in the housing, construction, and interior design sectors, has become a partner of the Maugin Group. This partnership reflects the two companies' desire to create synergy between their respective businesses.

To consolidate the added value of its 90 construction brokers and promote their professionalism, Activ Travaux is strengthening its key account policy. The company is entering into a partnership with the Maugin group (a major player in PVC and aluminum joinery) and its Terres de Fenêtre distribution network (60 members).

Through this partnership, Activ Travaux and Maugin pursue the same objective: to combine their know-how to consolidate their market shares.

Established in Saint Brévin-les-Pins (Loire-Atlantique) since its creation in 1966, the Maugin group (250 employees - 21.000 m² of offices and industrial equipment - €2 million in revenue) is a story of people and passion that has been passed down from generation to generation. Founded by Gérard Maugin, a trained carpenter, the SME is now run by his two sons, Bertrand and Hervé.

Specializing in PVC profile assembly since 1980, Maugin focused its distribution channel on independent installers and traders in 1990. This marked the beginning of a second phase of development. The company acquired a regional dimension, extending to Brittany and the Pays de Loire region. In the early 2000s, Maugin incorporated aluminum into its portfolio. The original workshop gradually expanded from 500 to 21.000 m², and the company's workforce from 2 to 80 employees.

Today, the Maugin Group operates throughout France. It designs, manufactures, and markets windows, entry doors, and roller shutters made from PVC and aluminum profiles. Its production is split 80/20 between the renovation and new-build markets. Its activities are organized around three sectors: trading, independent installers, and the Terres de Fenêtre distribution network. With a complete range of PVC and aluminum windows (as well as 300 entry door models), the Maugin Group manufactures both entry-level products and premium equipment solutions, including those for BBC* homes. All are duly certified.
