Real estate work: Activ Travaux takes the lead in the global Habitat offering

Activ Travaux recently brought together its 80 construction brokers for the network's national convention. After completing €28 million in work in 2009, the company expects to generate €35 million in work this year. This represents a significant boost in business for tradespeople and other construction professionals located in the regions where the company operates.

A single commercial operator, global solutions
Two days of workshops focused on themes related to the evolution of the work broker profession within the West-Events hotel complex in Nantes, and strategic decisions that position Activ Travaux as the only commercial operator providing global solutions for housing.

- Service synergies with players in the Real Estate and Construction sectors.
Activ Travaux is opening its expertise to real estate agents and builders. These professionals can now enhance their offerings with a tailor-made "construction" solution. This new development is confirmed by the signing of a partnership with the Nantes-based real estate group AJP, representing a portfolio of more than €1 million in additional construction work for Activ Travaux brokers in the Pays de la Loire region.

- Enhanced co-branding with the BNP Paribas group. To simplify the process for individuals, Activ Travaux and BNP Paribas/Cetelem are creating a joint portal (www.cetelem-immo.fr/activ-travauxThis service platform offers comprehensive support, from financing to the secure execution of all types of real estate projects.

- A national agreement with Agenda Energies. In the wake of the Grenelle Environment Forum, Activ Travaux has signed a national agreement with France's leading property diagnostics company through its Agenda Energies network. The network thus provides consumers with a professional advisor specializing in thermal renovation and green energy.

- "Work packages" for consumers. Didier Fontaine, an Activ Travaux dealer based in Rennes since 2006, has been appointed Marketing Director for the brand. His first mission: developing packaged home improvement solutions. "Activ Travaux will simplify the process of purchasing work by creating practical and operational solutions. "Renovation," "Extension," "Bathroom," etc., consumers will instantly visualize their future living space," summarizes Didier Fontaine.

NB: Activ Travaux is supporting this pioneering initiative by creating a hotline for its construction brokers and opening a training center in Rennes. The company is strengthening its networking services, notably by doubling the frequency of regional meetings for dealers (the next ones will take place in April and September 2010).
