Activ Travaux continues its deployment at a sustained pace

The network is acquiring additional competitive advantages.

2011 will not be a year like any other for the Activ Travaux network. While continuing its territorial expansion at a sustained pace, the brand has equipped its network with work facilitators additional competitive advantages.

In terms of development, Activ Travaux has trained and installed 36 new work brokers in 2010. After such a record, the brand announced its objectives at the beginning of 2011, and its intention to continue its territorial deployment with the same dynamism in recruiting 25 new dealers during the year.

Activ Travaux has given itself the means to achieve its ambitious objectives by organizing in 2011 no less than 100 meetings of information throughout the national territory, and by doubling the recruitment team which now includes 5 dealers. Furthermore, in the same spirit of participatory management, Activ Travaux has set up a reinforced animation team, 6 dealers regionally relaying the network's culture of excellence.

The means implemented by the brand have proven their worth. To date, 17 new work facilitators have already joined the Activ Travaux network in 2011. More than 5 new business creations are expected by the end of the year.

This territorial growth is accompanied by an increased business volume. The entire network should generate €40 million in business volume in 2011, compared to €35 million in 2010, i.e. a 14,28% increase.

Winners

- 1st Region: The region Rhone-Alpes has the most Activ Travaux brokers. The 4 new business creators who joined the network in 2011 bring the number to 17 work facilitators based in Rhône-Alpes. Britain et Ile-de-France are now relegated to 2nd position, with 14 brokers each. Pays de la Loire come next (9 brokers).

- 1st Departments: equally, Ille-et-Vilaine (35) et Loire Atlantique (44) are the departments with the most brokers: 8 in each department.

- 1st Agency: With 8 dealerships, the agency of Rennes (35) holds the record for the largest works brokerage agency in France.

In terms of deploying its service offering, the Nantes-based brand is a pioneer. Thanks to the imminent launch ofActive trends, new extranet platform for home equipment, brokers will not sell no longer just works, but also the Inspiring and a real turnkey project. Furthermore, the overall offering of Activ Travaux dealers has been consolidated by 7 new framework agreements signed in the first quarter of 2011 with major players in the building, habitat and funding.
