About AGECIC

For several years, AGECIC has been training hundreds of trainees in the new rules of the art for the construction of chimney systems and the rules for implementing heating appliances. Created in 2006, under the status of an association, it is chaired by Jean-Pierre Vantelon, CNRS research director at the combustion and detonics laboratory at ENSMA. AGECIC brings together several testing laboratories: the TECHNOVA Laboratory, the Combustion and Detonics Laboratory LCD - ENSMA and the CERIC Laboratory. The AGECIC teaching team is composed of engineers, professional experts and key players in the working groups of the Technical Opinion Commissions and French and European standardization commissions. AGECIC is accredited by Qualit'EnR. It is also the only French training center to provide Qualibois air trainer training and 2011 referent training for the update of the national Qualibois Air module reference system.
