a new glass suction cup with a gripping capacity of 220 kg, a load doubled compared to the previous version. It allows heavier and larger glass panes to be handled safely, thus reducing the risk of falls and injuries while minimizing physical effort,

A new rolling shutter packing table that allows one person, instead of two previously, to operate sliding shutters equipped with rolling shutters. The transfer of the sliding shutters from the assembly table to the packing table, and then to the finished product cassettes, is now much more seamless. This simplified process also reduces the risk of injuries related to repetitive movements and the carrying of heavy loads.
In addition, the machining center's workstations have been redesigned to eliminate critical movements and postures, as well as the creation of a relaxation area for employees to provide them with a positive working environment.

In an effort to significantly reduce its carbon footprint throughout the value chain, AMCC has dedicated part of its investments to:
