Designing high-quality, safe, and easy-to-use anchoring solutions is fischer's motto. The ULTRACUT range of concrete screws fully reflects this innovative capability. The high-performance ULTRACUT concrete screw features a special, reinforced thread geometry that allows for quick and easy installation and removal, and ensures significantly higher load capacities. It is the first concrete screw on the European market to offer seismic performance categories C1 and C2, guaranteeing the highest safety standards.

Today, fischer is expanding its range with a new version: the ULTRACUT A4 in stainless steel to guarantee very high protection against corrosion. Ideal for outdoor applications or in wet areas, this new concrete screw ensures even faster, easier, and safer installation. And to further simplify installation, fischer is launching two new cordless impact wrenches, high-power tools equipped with the Cordless Alliance System (CAS), batteries and chargers shared by the biggest power tool brands, of which fischer is now a member.

Use in all materials and for multiple applications

The fischer ULTRACUT concrete screw is used in cracked and uncracked concrete, dense natural stone, solid masonry and aerated concrete. Thanks to its heavy load capacity, it is suitable for many applications for all trades:

- Metal constructions: anchoring of guardrails, consoles and plates, shelving, balustrades, etc.
- Wood construction and wood/concrete assemblies: fixing of wall purlins, beams, anchoring of frame elements, etc.
- Temporary construction site installations: pull-push props, formwork, guardrails, supply conduits in tunnels, etc.
- Sanitation, heating, electricity: network support, air conditioning, cable trays, etc.

The fischer ULTRACUT concrete screw has a special reinforced thread with a cutting zone on its front part. This special thread geometry facilitates the deep penetration of the screw, reduces the screwing effort increasing the battery life of the power tools used. The optimization between the drilling diameter and the thread diameter has been studied in such a way that the screw machines its own thread in the concrete. This technique leads to the creation of a form lock which allows excellent transfer of forces in the concrete and makes it possible to reduce the center distance and edge distances. Finally, this optimized thread geometry ensures high tensile load capacities, while reducing the number of anchor points.

A ductile zone under the head allows slight deformation for optimal plating when the holes are not perfectly straight.

An integrated notched washer allows the parts to be tightened, even with a large passage hole.

Easy, quick and flexible installation

The unique sawtooth thread guarantees rapid adhesion in concrete and thus allows easy installation, even in the event of reuse (covered by German national approval). Adjustable, the ULTRACUT concrete screw can be unscrewed a maximum of 2 times, up to 20 mm, to allow for shimming or adjustment of the fixing.
Thanks to the triple anchoring depth, for the 10-12-14 concrete screws, and the double anchoring depth for the II 8 concrete screw, each screw can assemble up to 2 or 3 different thicknesses (depending on the concrete screw model) of parts to be fixed, which offers great flexibility, a real saving of time and money for the craftsman.
In addition, for vertical drilling in the floor or ceiling, installation is carried out without cleaning the drilling. On the ground, it is advisable to increase the drilling depth by 3 times the screw diameter, which allows the dust to flow to the bottom of the hole without hindering screwing.

Easy, quick and flexible installation

Practical, the ULTRACUT concrete screw is ideal for installing temporary construction site elements since it is reusable after checking with the control gauge (optional). The latter allows you to check the external diameter of the thread to guarantee optimal hold of the screw in the event of reuse.

The new fischer ULTRACUT FBS II A4 stainless steel concrete screw offers a high level of corrosion resistance, ensuring high performance in wet areas and outdoor applications. Its reinforced red tip allows for even faster, effortless, and more secure installation.
Its special sawtooth geometry allows for rapid cutting in concrete. No pre-drilling is required for its installation in floors and ceilings. The expansion-free anchoring ensures minimal edge distances.

Highly secure, the concrete screws in the ULTRACUT range meet the requirements of fire resistance class R120, benefit from an ATE Option 1 for cracked concrete, and a seismic performance category C1 and C2.

A large range

To expand its range of applications, the ULTRACUT concrete screw is available in zinc-plated steel in diameters 8, 10, 12 and 14 with different head shapes: hexagonal, hexagonal with Torx recess and countersunk. It is also available in a short version for convenient and quick installation when loads are reduced.
Made of stainless steel, it is available in diameters 8 and 10 with hexagonal heads with Torx and countersunk recess.

Optional accessories include: FUP gauge, hexagonal socket, Torx bit adapter for impact wrench, Maxx TX40 bit, TX50 bit, FFD filling disc and washer.

The new fischer FSS 18V cordless impact wrenches allow professionals to safely drive concrete screws on construction sites, among other things. Compatible with the CAS (Cordless Alliance System) battery system, they can be used with the same batteries and chargers as tools from a dozen power tool manufacturers. Powerful, innovative and benefiting from high-performance battery technology, This CAS system offers users more mobility, flexibility and productivity because they can switch from one tool to another using the same charger and battery.

All fischer ULTRACUT FBS II concrete screws with diameters 6 to 14 can be installed quickly and safely with the corresponding FSS 18V cordless impact wrenches. Robust and highly resistant design, They are equipped with a special casing that guarantees optimal heat dissipation and longevity of the tools.
These fischer impact wrenches are available in 2 versions:
- the FSS 18V400 BL has a torque of 400 Nm and a high-quality brushless motor, low friction, which guarantees efficient operation, low wear, and rapid work progress. It allows the installation of concrete screws with diameters of 6 to 10.

The torque can also be adjusted in 12 positions depending on the diameter of the ULTRACUT FBS II.

As for the FSS 18V 600, with a high torque of 600 Nm, it is ideal for installations with concrete screws of diameters 10 to 14 and demanding applications.

In addition, the fischer FSS 18V impact wrenches are equipped with a light, for easier visibility in dark or hard-to-reach areas. They are supplied with accessories (belt hook, adapter, test gauge, etc.) and in an L-Boxx - a robust storage case that can be stacked with other L-Boxxes.
