Quotation prefix and suffix
The dimensioning system is the basis for efficient documentation production. Custom prefixes and suffixes can be added to associative dimensions while maintaining dynamic measured values.


With ArchiCAD 14, you can navigate through the cells of the schedule, just like in your favorite spreadsheet. In addition, you can export these tables directly to Microsoft Excel while preserving the graphical cells.

Drop shadows in OpenGL
The representation of drop shadows in Open GL views significantly improves 3D visualization and rendering quality. The 3D view not only allows for modeling but also for easier communication of the project.

Importing field data
To appreciate the project in its environment, the digital terrain data - in the form of XYZ point clouds - are directly imported and converted into a three-dimensional mesh in ArchiCAD.

Optimizing Performance
BIM Server now leverages 5-bit i7 or i64 multi-core processors on both Windows and Macintosh. Additionally, many operations in ArchiCAD have been accelerated, with speeds ranging from 15 to 500 percent, depending on the size and complexity of the project.

EcoDesigner carries out, from the design phase and with a simple click, the estimation of the energy performance of any construction project and quickly evaluates the variants, directly in ArchiCAD.

The position of the sun, the camera height and angle of view, the level of transparency or brightness, everything is configurable.
