Augias interests executives from the competition
A small company among the big boys, Augias has managed to establish itself and plans to continue its national expansion. This strategy is beginning to interest executives from its direct competitors, such as Patrick Meydieu, a former executive at GSF Propreté. He has indeed chosen to go into business for himself, and the model proposed by Augias seemed to him to be the best solution.

A top manager in the cleaning sector becomes a franchisee and facilitator at Augias
As the leading franchise network in the cleaning sector, the Augias concept is attracting increasing interest from management profiles. Patrick Meydieu, a former executive at GSF Propreté and former Director of the France-South Service Division of the ISS (International Service Solution) group, has just joined Augias as a franchisee in the Lyon region. He will also be responsible for managing the network in part of the Rhône-Alpes region.
By expanding its network and securing national contracts, Augias is shaking up the cleaning sector, which had previously been divided between a few large cleaning companies. Through its dynamism, responsiveness, and business model, Augias has become an atypical figure in the market.
Patrick Meydieu, who has spent much of his career in the cleaning industry, is the first manager in the sector to leave the competition to join Augias. In the medium term, he will occupy the dual role of franchisee and network manager across a large part of the Lyon metropolitan area (69) as well as in Valence (26) and Vienne (38).
As part of its development strategy, Augias intends to create local areas by deploying several network facilitators from the cleaning industry throughout the country. These experienced managers will be primarily responsible for managing the network's franchisees and boosting Augias' local business.
"I was attracted by the Augias business model, which convinced me to join the network, a true community of bosses," explains Patrick Meydieu. "I've been working for others for 20 years, and Augias seemed like the ideal structure for me to start my own business."
Augias owes its success to its unique positioning, halfway between an SME (for its flexibility and responsiveness) and a large cleaning group (for the scope of its services and the quality of its interventions). Patrick Meydieu is also convinced by the company's values of proximity. "At Augias, the customer is our top priority, and we are ready to respond 24 hours a day." He also estimates the number of full-time equivalent jobs to be created over the next three years.
TERRITORIES ON A HUMAN SCALE
Augias's policy of demarcating its territories is part of the company's responsiveness. In the medium term, Augias aims to establish an organization that will enable it to become the densest network in the profession at the national level and to remain in constant contact with its clients in order to offer tailor-made services.
Patrick Meydieu is confident that his arrival will be quickly followed by other executives. "I am the first Augias franchisee to come from the top management of the profession, but I am sure that I will very quickly be joined by my most ambitious colleagues, given the lack of visibility of large groups for their executives, and, at the same time, the enormous potential of the cleaning sector," he concludes.
