Augias Propreté opens a franchise in Argenteuil to cover Val-d'Oise

Originally from Lorraine, the cleaning network Augeas has just established a franchise in Argenteuil, a town from which it will cover the entire Val-d'Oise region. Led by Isabelle Chalumeau, the company plans to create around ten jobs within three years.

Founded in 1997 in Moselle, Augias quickly established itself as an alternative to large cleaning groups, offering innovative services in the environmental field, while emphasizing responsiveness and proximity to its customers (businesses, industries, local authorities, etc.).
At the beginning of 2009, Augias decided to develop its expertise in franchising, basing it on the concept of "Sustainable Cleanliness" by which it intends to evoke both the effectiveness of its actions over time and its efforts to preserve the environment.

Based on a proven business model, Augias Propreté offers maintenance and cleaning services for professional and industrial premises, common areas of buildings, but also sensitive environments such as hospitals or food processing companies. It also operates in more specific areas such as cleaning premises after works or disasters, and washing windows on large buildings using a lifting device.
Its activity, based on respect for the environment, as well as the numerous processes implemented for its staff, enabled it to obtain ISO 14001 certification in 2008.

A NINE BILLION EURO MARKET
