Around a renewed team, SOPROFEN unveils its strategic orientations.
Acquired a year ago by the Bouyer Leroux group, the major player in the closure market is presenting its new management team and aims to become the "sustainable, profitable and different leader" through ambitious investments and projects within 5 years.
A new management team
To ensure the company's development prospects, Emmanuel Lesage (CEO of SOPROFEN) relied on the experience of his new management committee composed of loyal collaborators (Laurent Darous - Sales Director, Olivier Hess - Research & Development Director and Renaud Pflazgraf - Marketing Director), supported by Frank Kessler (Financial Director), Emmanuel Lerch (Human Resources Director) and Jean-Michel Paucod (Deputy Director in charge of industry).
Growth objectives
Within five years, SOPROFEN aims to achieve a turnover of €5 million, excluding external growth. To achieve this, the brand has chosen to invest in:
- commercial (strengthening teams, digitalization of order taking, implementation of sales support services and tools specific to each distribution network), in order to achieve its objectives and establish itself on the Flemish, Dutch and Luxembourg markets,
- industrial, to the tune of 20 million euros to increase the production capacity of its garage doors and screen blinds.
Another area of development: establishing itself as a key player in the roller shutter renovation market through its new website www.allo-volet-service-store.fr.
