Unilin Insulation is revolutionizing housing and implementing an innovative approach around its insulating roof panels by creating the Trilatte 3D brand, a unique system for external thermal insulation of roofs.

Intended for new or renovated residential buildings, Trilatte 3D integrates 3 functions in 1:

• thermal insulation,
• support for the cover,
• personalized interior decoration.

Trilatte 3D consists of:

• a decorative, water-repellent and airtight underside serving as a ceiling,
• polyurethane foam (variable height from 110 to 175 mm depending on the insulation required),
• of three factory-treated and fixed rafters which attach directly to the frame purlins and replace traditional rafters.

This system adapts to all projects, offers numerous layout solutions and eliminates thermal bridges, for rapid and effective exterior insulation while saving m2.

Displaying high thermal resistance (R6 minimum), Trilatte 3D roofing panels are eligible for the Energy Transition Tax Credit (CITE).

Finally, for successful and personalized interior decoration, Unilin Insulation offers three ranges of exclusive decorative finishes:

• Origin, 8 simple semi-finished and customizable finishes (paneling, plaster, OSB, paintable particleboard, sheathing, etc.),
