With the new FRIAPHON® system, GIRPI evacuates domestic water silently

GIRPI is innovating with the new FIRAPHON® domestic water drainage solution, the first system made from synthetic materials stabilized with organic calcium. Designed for all new or renovated buildings, it effectively combats noise pollution related to the drainage of wastewater, sewage, and rainwater.

Made up of different parts with a unique design, the new FRIAPHON® system reduces noise at each critical point of the evacuation (at the level of the column, changes of direction and deviation, respecting the flow of water, at the level of the parts in contact with the structure and the fixing system). 

The FRIAPHON® system reduces structure-borne noise by 9 to 10 dB(A) compared to traditional PVC. With a wide range from 52 to 200 mm in diameter, it consists of more than 155 acoustic fittings.

FIRAPHON® offers excellent acoustic performance in all construction site configurations (straight drop, soffit and oblique deflection). Thanks to its design in synthetic materials, it is insensitive to corrosion and the resulting accelerated deterioration of pipes. In addition, its internal surface condition reduces scaling compared to a metallic material. Classified Euroclass Bs1d0 fire, it is also suitable for Public Buildings (ERP) and High-Rise Buildings (IGH).

The FRIAPHON® system is the only system made from synthetic materials classified ESA5 according to the "Examples of acoustic solutions" guide published by the Ministry of Ecology and the Ministry of Housing.
