AXOPRO, roller shutter solutions

AXOPRO has a complete range of roller shutters, all NF-Fermetures* certified and compliant with the NF-EN 13659 standard relating to CE marking requirements.

Materials traders will thus find:

+ traditional shutters with AXO CT (tunnel box), AXO ET (tunnel equipment), AXO MR (quick assembly), AXO CM (joined box),

+ external chests with AXO VE 200, AXO VE 100, AXO VE 9 and AXO VE 100L,

+ and mosquito nets (DECO STIC and DECO STIC VE).

AXOPRO roller shutter solutions come with a choice of motorization and numerous automation systems (general controls, clocks, sensors, etc.). In addition to the M-Soft motorization in wired or radio version with excellent value for money, businesses can obviously choose other Somfy motorization alternatives as well as classic manual operations (strap, winch, etc.). A wide range of options is also available (lacquering in all RAL colors, S'Onro apron, integrated mosquito net, 37 mm PVC slat eligible for tax credit, etc.).

In new developments, AXOPRO reserves for materials trading:

- the 37 thermal aluminum blade eligible for tax credit. A new exclusive lacquer formulation based on highly reflective aluminum particles heats the air gap between the apron and the window. Acting as a real heat shield, this new aluminum blade provides additional thermal resistance for the shutter-ventilated air gap assembly of 0,25 m2.K/W.

- the AXO CT tunnel box in a high-insulation version, available with sculpted polystyrene facing or concrete-coated facing. Reinforced insulation thanks to an extruded polystyrene box structure ensures thermal performance up to Uc=0,38 Wm2.K (depending on configuration). Particularly lightweight, it is easy to install, without lifting tools. Available in 28 and 30 cm boxes.

- AXO VE 100L, a solution for large openings. With a single apron, this box can equip bays up to 4000 mm wide. With great robustness and rigidity, its apron made of 55 mm aluminum slats offers excellent wind resistance (compliant with standard C, tested on a test bench).

AXOPRO, a complete range of garage doors

Compliant with European comfort standards (NF EN 13241-1) and guaranteeing the safety of the end user (NF EN 12604), AXOPRO garage doors meet all possible configurations with:

+ the AXO S40 ceiling-mounted or AXO S40L side-mounted sectional doors,

+ the AXO B40 (40 mm insulated), AXO BP (with facing), AXO BNi (non-insulated) tilting doors with optional integrated wicket door,

+ the AXO E55 and AXO E77 roller doors in 55 or 77 mm aluminum slats.

Thanks to a wide choice of designs and finishes, à la carte options (polycarbonate or safety glass windows, motorization, installation and finishing accessories, etc.), and lacquering in the entire RAL palette, AXOPRO garage doors can be personalized at will. AXOPRO also offers building materials dealers the possibility of choosing from three operating prices: motorized (Sommer as standard or Somfy as an option at no extra cost), manual (with lock kit) or motorized (without lock kit).

Finally, to guarantee optimal protection during transport, AXOPRO provides a specific solution with packaging designed for each door model.
