With BetteLux Oval Couture, this concept has now become a range designed for the market. The ensemble formed by the bathtub and basin, both upholstered in padded fabric, combines comfort and sensuality in the bathroom in a unique way.

Today's bathrooms captivate attention with their design. Yet, too often, they convey a rather cold and purely functional elegance. Keen to bring warmth to the bathroom, designer Dominik Tesseraux (Tesseraux + Partenaires, Potsdam) and glazed steel specialist Bette wanted to dare something completely new. BetteLux Oval Couture innovates with the sensual quality of textiles in the bathroom. The fabric provides a special tactile experience, a true caress for the senses. Its texture literally puts bathroom elements within reach.

Unparalleled comfort in private or hotel bathrooms

The oval freestanding bathtub (185 x 85 cm) and the completely round freestanding basin (ø 55 cm) from the BetteLux Oval Couture range are made of glazed titanium steel. This material is renowned for its robustness and ease of maintenance. Bette has achieved the perfect transition from fabric to glazed steel. The wafer-thin 8 mm edges of the bathtub and basin form a sensual unit with the fabric of the apron. The quilted textile of the apron comes from the fabric specialist JAB Anstoetz. It is tightly connected to the robust glazed steel frame. BetteLux Oval Couture thus not only looks but also feels like a comfortable sofa, spreading an atmosphere of relaxation and well-being in the bathroom.

Another advantage is that its padding absorbs sound and therefore improves the room's acoustics. This combination is not only interesting in private bathrooms, but is also a suitable solution for hotel bathrooms, which place great importance on quality and exceptional design.

Opening the bathroom to a new universe

The upholstered fabric, bathtub, and sink are available in Ivory (Beige), Moss Green, Carbon (Anthracite), and Elephant (Mixed Gray). A variety of other colors for the bathtub and the glazed steel sink can also be made upon request. Easy to maintain and resistant to water and mold, this fabric has proven itself on outdoor furniture. On the practical side, the approximately thirty-millimeter raised surface thanks to the bathtub's feet makes cleaning underneath easier.

The BetteLux Oval Couture range is an important element of the company's strategy. It aims to open up bathroom interior design to original solutions, such as the innovative use of materials or a different aesthetic.
