New Expert HEX-9 HardCeramic Drill Bit  

A new way to drill into hard tiles

The increasing size and hardness of tiles makes drilling them very difficult. That's why Bosch developed the Expert HEX-9 HardCeramic drill bit. It has been specially designed for drilling hard tiles, such as porcelain stoneware, but also roof tiles, natural stone tiles, and non-tempered glass, without lubricant or cooling.
Benefiting from carbide technology, the drill bit is extremely durable. It offers up to 10 times longer life than current carbide-tipped tile drill bits.e, and much faster drilling progress.

Based on Bosch know-how, the high-performance, multi-faceted carbide tip (patent) cuts hard ceramic more efficiently than flat cutting edges. An asymmetrical design of the angles allows you to penetrate inside hard materials more easily.

This centering tip thus allows for precise drilling initiation., minimizes friction and heat, and increases drilling progress.

The Expert HEX-9 HardCeramic drill bit's hexagonal shank allows for maximum power transfer on standard three-jaw chucks. It can be used with both drill drivers and impact drivers.

The range includes 8 drill sizes with diameters from 3 to 12 mm to cover all common applications.

Up to 100 times longer lifespan  

The Bosch EXPERT Thick Tough Metal reciprocating saw blade is perfect for cutting thick metal, such as steel profiles or heavy cast iron pipes. It benefits from Bosch carbide technology and a new additional coating which gives it exceptional longevity. even for the most demanding applications such as the dismantling of cars, ships, factories... Indeed, each of the carbide teeth, individually welded onto a thick and robust body, is coated with PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition). This coating makes the carbide even more resistant, doubles the life of the blade and gives the teeth even more hardness and wear resistance. Durable, the blade lasts up to 100 times longer than a traditional bimetal blade.

The EXPERT Thick Tough Metal reciprocating saw blade remains flexible and resists bending and twisting forces, typical of demolition applications. Finally, its large width allows for precise and straight cuts, and its thickness ensures greater stability. The EXPERT Thick Tough Metal blade is available in lengths of 100, 150, 225 and 300 mm and is suitable for all sabre saws with S shanks.

New Expert Hardwood Fast Jigsaw Blade
An even faster cut

High-performance, the new Bosch EXPERT Hardwood Fast jigsaw blade ensures clean and precise cuts on hardwoods and composite woods, as well as chipboard, plasterboard and fiberboard. Thanks to Bosch carbide technology, it benefits from a longevity up to 50 times greater than an HCS steel blade.

In addition, its design has been optimized. Its sharp carbide teeth, produced by superior bevel grinding, and its tapered blade body ensure even faster cutting. Furthermore, its progressive tooth pitch allows it to cut materials of all thicknesses.
The EXPERT Hardwood Fast blade is suitable for all T-shank jigsaws.

New X-LOCK Expert Diamond Metal Wheel cutting disc
Unbreakable, non-deformable and ultra-resistant  

Bosch has revolutionized changing accessories on angle grinders with its X-LOCK system, the simplest on the market. This innovative mounting bracket allows you to change the disc in 2 seconds, without tools, by simply operating a lever located at the front of the machine. This unlocks the disc with a click. Then simply replace a new disc and press the X-Lock bracket to clip it into place.

Among the many X-LOCK accessories, Bosch is launching a new cutting disc, the EXPERT Diamond Metal Wheel, to optimize work in metal, cast iron, stainless steel and copper. Perfect for small angle grinders, This new X-LOCK disc offers up to 100 times longer life thanks to Bosch Diamond technology.

The blade's steel body has been optimized to ensure consistent cutting speed and depth. Featuring cooling vents, it won't warp due to heat.
The combination of this body and high quality diamond grits brazed onto the body provides maximum wear resistance and increases cutting performance.
The EXPERT Diamond Metal Wheel disc allows you to work in a healthier environment, because with Diamond technology, the disc does not emit any odor and does not burn during cutting, unlike agglomerated discs.
Finally, of great robustness, the disc is unbreakable and perfectly resistant to falls.
The X-LOCK EXPERT Diamond Metal Wheel cutting disc is available in 115 and 125 mm diameters and can also be fitted to conventional grinders with an M14 shank.
