Bosch is launching the first BITURBO cordless drill/driver and impact drill/driver onto the market: the GSR 18V-150 C Professional and the GSB 18V-150 C Professional. Their brushless high-performance motor, combined with the ProCORE18V battery (5,5 Ah, 8,0 Ah and 12,0 Ah), delivers very high performance. With a maximum torque of 150 Nm and up to 2 revolutions per minute, both tools ensure rapid work progress in a variety of materials, including wood, metal and masonry. In soft screwdriving applications, their torque is 200 Nm, 84% more than the best model on the market.
Powerful, with the 18 Ah ProCore8,0V battery, they can screw up to 12 screws measuring 12 x 400 mm into soft wood, a performance unmatched until now.

The "Electronic Angle Detection" (EAD) function, a first on the market

The Bosch GSR 18V-150 C Professional and GSB 18V-150 C Professional BITURBO are ideal for the construction of timber-frame houses, roofs, frames and all applications requiring large screw and drilling diameters.
Thanks to the new electronic angle detection function, roofers and carpenters can easily and with great precision screw in counter-lathing, thermal insulation, etc.
These screws must follow a precise angle relative to the slope of a roof or a slope. Until now, it was necessary to use a template, but with this integrated EAD function, inclined screws with long screws are child's play.
The user presses the EAD key on the front of the machine and can choose from 2 preset common angles of 45° and 60°.

A 3rd mode, symbolized by a Smartphone, allows you to customize the screwing angle via the tool's Bluetooth connectivity coupled with the Toolbox application on a Smartphone.

To activate the EAD function, the user chooses a slope value and then places the tool on the slope until the value is recorded. An integrated LED on the back of the tool lights up green as soon as the set angle is reached. If the angle is lower or higher by more than ±3 degrees, the LED will light up yellow to adjust accordingly.
Craftsmen and professionals are sure not to make a mistake in the angle of inclination, the screwing is very precise.

High user protection

For safer use, the Bosch GSR and GSB 18V-150 C Professional BITURBO also feature high user protection thanks to KickBack Control. If the tool gets stuck or turns suddenly on its drilling axis, the integrated sensor switches off the engine in a fraction of a secondIt avoids the risk of injury.
While KickBack Control is not required for certain applications, such as when drilling with a hole saw, Users can activate and deactivate the function according to their screwing or drilling work.

Robust and ergonomic tools

Highly reliable and robust, the GSR and GSB 18V-150 C Professional BITURBO are equipped with of a metal chuck and an all-metal gear mechanism, which increases the longevity of the machines.

Their compact and ergonomic design provides a comfortable grip. An additional handle ensures craftsmen always have their tool under control. It can be locked in 36 positions for maximum flexibility.
