BOUYGUES Construction chooses AGS to equip all its cranes

A partnership has recently been concluded between the GIE BOUYGUES Construction Matériel and the specialist in anti-collision systems for lifting equipment, AGS.

This agreement involves the supply of AGS anti-collision systems over several years to renew BOUYGUES Construction's current fleet and will thus equip all tower cranes. In addition to supplying the systems, AGS will provide training for Bouygues Construction technicians, equipment installation, on-site interventions in the Île-de-France and provincial regions, as well as system development to ensure they adapt to changes in cranes and construction sites.

One such development is already underway and aims to eliminate the need to uninstall anti-collision systems when dismantling cranes. This development will notably reduce the arduousness of assembly and significantly save time on construction sites.

To support Bouygues Construction on its various projects, AGS relies on its network of agencies and subsidiaries in France and abroad. Currently in France, Bouygues Construction and AGS are working together on several prestigious projects:

- the Philharmonie de Paris (construction of musical facilities centered on a large 2-seat concert hall in the Parc de la Villette),

- the new Beaugrenelle shopping center, Paris,

- the development of the district of the former Laënnec hospital, Paris,

- the Ministry of Defense, Paris.
