CADIOU Industrie, a manufacturer of gates and fences, has just developed, as part of its research into home automation to move the gate forward, an aluminum post specially designed to integrate the motor – ULIS – and serving as a guide for the sliding gate.

Since the gate is the first entrance to a property, it is preferable not to see an unsightly motor when passing through.

These aesthetic concerns are no longer relevant since the ULIS motor is integrated into the post. For optimal harmony, the lacquered aluminum post is supplied in the same color as the gate.

This post, fixed to the ground by an adjustment plate, also fulfills the function of holding the sliding gate.

Although invisible, the ULIS motor is fully accessible thanks to the removable rear panel of the post.

An unlocking system is provided to allow manual use when assembling the gate or in the event of a power failure.

The motor controls are compatible with other devices.
