Camif Habitat opens its first regional agency in Lyon to accelerate its development

Camif Habitat establishes its first regional agency

A leader in the home improvement market for nearly 30 years, Camif Habitat has now decided to establish regional branches in major French cities to accelerate its growth and achieve greater proximity to its customers. The first branch, the brand's flagship, opens its doors in Lyon.

Following a proactive development strategy, Camif Habitat has now decided to establish agencies in the main French cities.
They will serve as the network's regional sales showcase and act as an interface between customers, contractors, and approved tradespeople. However, to ensure the same high-quality service everywhere, contract management and after-sales service will continue to be handled by the Deux-Sèvres head office in Niort.

As part of this new strategy, Camif Habitat Lyon is serving as a pilot agency. Located on 210 m² in the heart of the city, it has an ambitious target of €5 million in revenue by the end of its first year of operation. Its management has been entrusted to Patrick Blandin, current Regional Manager of Camif Habitat in the Rhône-Alpes region.
At the national level, the objective is to establish around ten agencies within two years in major cities such as Paris, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Nantes, etc.

Alongside these agencies, Camif Habitat's development relies on independent sales agents located in medium-sized towns. This is the case in the departments of Rhône (69 South) and Bas-Rhin (67), but also in the towns of Pau (64), Ancenis (44) and Niort (79), where these agents are opening their own agencies.

A METHOD THAT GUARANTEES RESULTS
Drawing on a national network of around 300 project managers and 3.000 approved tradespeople, Camif Habitat is able to handle all types of work from A to Z, from the tailor-made design of the project to completion, while committing to the quality of the result for its customers.
To manage the projects entrusted to it by individuals, Camif Habitat has implemented a proven method whose various stages guarantee total security to its customers: analysis of the project and its predefinition, design, costed proposal and formalization by contract, coordination and completion of the work, ongoing customer monitoring to measure the satisfaction rate.
Whether they contact the head office directly, regional agencies or independent agents, customers can be sure that they can entrust their renovation or living space improvement project to an approved professional.
