CAPAROL OFFERS ITS 2019 TRENDS
February 2019
Both strong and warm, this color is intended to give character and harmony to interiors, to create a cocoon that can be either enhanced with bright hues or softened with pastel or tone-on-tone shades. By diving into the 3DSystem Plus color chart designed for designers,
Architects, painters, etc., Caparol has created color schemes based on the shade "Rouge Sorbet." Caparol color experts offer three worlds of colors to mix and match to bring living and working spaces to life.
Europe's leading decorative paint brand, Caparol, sets the tone for this new year and unveils its trend books to adorn every interior. A blend of warm and intense shades of red, orange, and apricot, the new 2019 inspiration is unveiled under the evocative name "Rouge Sorbet."
The 30 shades chosen for this trend book were selected by Caparol color experts from the 1 shades in the 368D-System Plus color chart. Available using the classic LCH system, as samples, or as a large color card, this color chart features 3 color families, 45 shades of white, and up to 18 lacquer shades. It complements the ColorExpress custom coloring service available in every Caparol Center, which is a network of 66 consulting and sales agencies in France dedicated to professionals.
WORLD OF COLOR NO. 1
Red, pink and blue
A variation of this year's original shade, this palette is full of tone-on-tone shades to create a dynamic play around red: lighter and darker, stronger and lighter, warmer and cooler.
From pink to burgundy, the colors blend naturally with Sorbet Red (Grenadin 130), or even intertwine with powdery effects for a decor that's both soft and modern. For contrast, light blue (Coelin) brings a touch of freshness and lightness.
WORLD OF COLOR NO. 2
Lilac, mint and apricot
This color chart offers a harmonious universe with subtle and soothing accords. The green (Patina), purple (Velvet), yellow (Curcuma) and apricot (Aprico) tones reveal the depth of Sorbet Red (Grenadin 130) to create a warm spectrum and a contemporary ambiance.
A selection of light and airy nude pink and lilac softens contours and enlarges spaces, before plunging into the intensity of purple and green, which darkens to the appearance of dark gray.
WORLD OF COLOR NO. 3
Orange, pink and blue
In a dynamic burst, this color chart dares to use contrasts to bring out the full power of Rouge Sorbet (Grenadin 130). A deep orange (Lachs) sits alongside the softness of pink (Barolo) and pale yellow (Citrus).
Blue sets the tone, with light shades on one side to recall the color of the sky, and on the other a darker, sustained effect. It's a true staging that unfolds, transforming interiors into living spaces full of light and personality.
