Carpentras welcomes the eco-responsible headquarters of Relais Vert

Eco-responsible construction, positive energy building, photovoltaic roofing...



Relais Vert, CCR - a subsidiary of the GSE group, Ciel et Terre, and Samfi-Invest are presenting, for the first time in the PACA region, an eco-responsible building, intended for organic products and equipped with a photovoltaic power plant.

7 m000 of eco-responsible positive energy surface, 2 m5 of photovoltaic panels...: an exemplary operation for the head office of the company Relais Vert in Carpentras in Vaucluse. This achievement is the result of the management of a complex project, and the good complementarity between its 750 major players: CCR, designer and builder of the building which ensured the overall management of the project, Ciel & Terre, designer and builder of the solar roof, and Samfi-Invest, investor of the roof. An event which today fully places Vaucluse and the PACA region in the new era of eco-responsible construction and offers it an emblematic achievement.

A pioneer in organic farming since 1976, Relais Vert is asserting its values more than ever by choosing specialists in eco-responsible construction for the construction of its new head office located in Carpentras (84).

Carried out by CCR PACA, regional agency of the Compagnie des Contractants Régionaux - 1st national network of General Contractors, the construction of this 7.000 m² real estate complex consisting of 648 m² of offices and more than 6.000 m² of workshops and storage (fresh produce, dry produce and fruit and

vegetables) is part of a so-called High Environmental Quality approach carried out with the assistance of Yves GUITER, architect.

Located in Carpentras, the new headquarters of the company Relais Vert, a pioneer in the distribution of organic products since 1976, is in fact the first “positive energy” building in the PACA region, thanks to the control of its energy needs combined with a 1 m² solar roof with a power of 5

peak kilowatts producing more than 840 kWh/year for an estimated consumption of 000 kWh/year.

A successful achievement thanks to the union of 3 strategic players

Relais Vert was able to carry out its ambitious and innovative project thanks to its collaboration with:

- CCR PACA, regional general contractor, which ensured overall control of the project and enabled its technical and financial feasibility,

- Ciel et Terre, associated with the investor, Samfi-Invest, who designed and built the photovoltaic power plant.

The SME now has a high-quality environmental working tool of 7 m² distributed as follows: a "dry products" hall of more than 000 m² at room temperature, a vast cold room of 3 m² for the preparation and storage of fresh products, and 000 m² of offices.

With this building, the Relais Vert company wishes to give an even stronger meaning to its activity as a wholesaler of organic food products, proving that when coherence, logic and ethics come together, and subject to selecting recognized professionals, projects come to fruition.

Relais Vert, CCR - the Regional Contractors Company, Ciel & Terre and Samfi-Invest are thus paving the way for companies in Vaucluse and the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region who want to "give meaning" to their activities while contributing to saving the planet.
