Debrousse Parc is a unique real estate development project developed by VINCI Immobilier. To carry out this large-scale redevelopment project at the famous Debrousse Hospital site in Lyon, with the aim of giving a new lease of life to the 4,3-hectare enclosed and wooded park, the Hospice de Lyon, the site's owner, and the city of Lyon selected the urban development project designed by VINCI Immobilier.

Particularly attached to the enhancement of this landscape and the hilly specificity of the site, the Debrousse project, entrusted to the architectural firms Gautier+Concept and Dumetier Design, aims to restore all its nobility to this exceptional belvedere, dominating the southern part of the Lyon peninsula.

Striving to combine respect for the history of the place and the modernity of an urban planning project created on the quality of life, the inhabitants and the new ways of life were at the heart of the thinking behind this exceptional real estate project.
Designed with a High Environmental Quality approach, the site will result in the development of a living space in the middle of a park, unique in Lyon.

 Driven by a strong desire to preserve the park's heritage, the park's historic buildings, such as the 1908 building, the entrance pavilion, the Maison des Familles, and building 970, will be rehabilitated. Alongside this, new buildings (urban, social, and tertiary housing) constructed in the upper part of the park will be faithful to the Debrousse architectural style.

 Towel dryers RUNTAL FAIN will bring warmth and elegance to bathrooms. Their lightweight design, made of tubes only 12 mm thick, lets light through, making this heater the thinnest of designer towel warmers. The slender bars quickly and efficiently heat the room as well as the towels.

Delivered in the new White Quartz finish, available from 2012, RUNTAL FAIN towel dryers will fit discreetly and elegantly into bathrooms.
