A final sealing blade: added aesthetic and sound comfort

The first improvement made to the CHRONO VX2 is the optional final shutter blade. This not only optimizes the sound performance of the shutter

rolling thanks to the shutter but also its visual aspect. Indeed, the blade acting as a stop, allows the round buffers on the final blade to be removed. Another advantage is that this creates a uniform flat surface of the trunk in the closed position, more discreet than with a classic final blade, and eliminates the visible space on either side.

A specific seal: finally a solution to benefit from the tax credit

To qualify for a tax credit, shutters must be insulating and energy-saving. This is characterized by an additional thermal resistance ?R provided by the shutter-ventilated air blade assembly. The performance must be ?R > 0,20m2 K/W. To allow the CHRONO VX2 to be eligible for the 15% tax credit, soprofen has designed a specific seal that fits into a groove on the outside of the box.

Easy to fix and durable thanks to the double-sided joint foot, the joint ensures the airtightness (class 5) of the box with the apron in the closed position and packing locks. This ensures the non-ventilation of the air gap between the apron and the glazing. This technical detail improves thermal insulation and makes it possible to obtain a delta R of 0,25 on 37 mm PVC blades (instead of 0,2). This solution is particularly interesting for boxes of

CHRONO VRX2 renovation where there were previously no solutions eligible for the tax credit.

Backstage indexing: the guarantee of a successful installation

To make it easier for installers to install the Chrono VX2 box on the joinery frame, SOPROFEN now offers indexing for aluminum slides and PVC slides for single-piece frames. Attached to the roller shutter box's guide plates, this small part allows for easy positioning of the slides. The clever indexing system guarantees the slides are correctly positioned on the shutter for optimal shutter extension.

The integrated mosquito net: effective protection against allergenic insects and pollens

For even more comfort during long summer evenings, SOPROFEN offers the possibility of integrating a mosquito net into the CHRONO VX2 window unit (only on new CX 18 and CX 22 boxes). Thanks to an integrated double slide, the mosquito net is practically invisible in the open position. Available in white, brown, beige RAL 1015 and golden oak, this double slide and the insertion in the box ensure maximum discretion for the system. A brake, included as standard, reduces the force of the spring to ensure a smooth rise of the mosquito net. Extending the life of the mosquito net, it also guarantees safer use. Exclusive, the assembly/disassembly system designed by soprofen allows the spring tension to be locked and the canvas axis to be easily and quickly removed in the event of intervention. Maneuverable by a click-clack final slat, the mosquito net integrated into the CHRONO VX2 is easy to handle and without constraints.
