The Solvimo real estate network (more than 150 agencies) continues to expand its reach across France at a steady pace, strengthening its positions in the Alpes-Maritimes (Villeneuve-Loubet and Juan-les-Pins), Hauts-de-Seine (Courbevoie), Loiret (Montargis), and Yvelines (Montigny-le-Bretonneux). In the medium term, it aims to have 400 franchised agencies.

As a result, its agencies can gradually offer new real estate services, such as property management (rental management, condominium management), the sale of new developments, and tax advice (real estate investment products).

Olivier Alonso, CEO and founder of the Solvimo brand, has noted a recovery in transactions since January 2010: "Our agents' turnover has increased over the year. After a few difficult months, the market has found a second wind."
Average turnover per point of sale increased by 18,50% over the first nine months of 2010, compared to the previous year, and the results are even equivalent to those observed before the crisis.
