PAVILION benefits from CISTEBOIS' expertise in residential chalets, adapted here to a mobile home. Thanks to its modern layout and design close to that of traditional homes, it offers a unique living experience, in complete comfort and with a refined design.

Adaptable to all types of projects, PAVILION can be offered on a wheel chassis for an RML declaration in parks or installed as a second home.

Exceptional comfort in all seasons

The comfort of PAVILION is distinguished by high-quality reinforced insulation: 60 mm timber frame walls, 140 mm timber frame box roof, 140 mm timber frame box floor, with glass wool R = 3,5), guaranteeing an ideal home in all seasons, both for permanent and holiday use.

Complies with the RE2020 standard

Beyond the relaxed legislation for spaces less than 50m2, PAVILION fully complies with the requirements of the RE2020 standard : reinforced thermal insulation, effective solar protection and high-performance electrical equipment. This guarantees better temperature regulation, long-term energy savings, and increased comfort. In addition, it is possible to install a Air-Air PAC for even more comfort.

With six modular layouts ranging from 29 to 38 m2, PAVILION adapts to the needs and desires of each user:
