Promat glass partitions: security in complete transparency
Promat®-SYSTEMGLAS F1 and PROMAGLAS® F1: high, fire-resistant partitions
Promat's new generation glass partitions reach new heights thanks to their dimensions and safety performance with a fire resistance of up to 120 minutes (EI 120).
In order to meet the many expectations and architectural issues in terms of brightness, security, aesthetics and acoustic comfort of partitioned spaces, Promat is developing its range of fire-resistant glass partitions.
Promat®-SYSTEMGLAS F1 partitions culminate at ceiling heights of 4,60 meters (with plasterboard partitions) and 3,60 meters (without transom), while the glazing PROMAGLAS® F1 rise up to 4,90 meters (with intermediate crosspieces and transoms) or 4 meters (with transom in light partition).
Thanks to these walls intended for all establishments open to the public (ERP), designers will be able to free themselves from architectural constraints in order to create large glazed spaces, with infinite perspectives, diffusing a maximum of natural light.
A true technical feat, the systems Promat®-SYSTEMGLAS F1 et PROMAGLAS® F1 push all limits with their XXL sizes and mechanical properties which ensure a high level of fire protection up to EI 120, certified by European P.-V.
Exceptional performance combined with advanced safety and insulation features:
- excellent impact resistance according to standard NF P08-302 (900 Joule guardrail, with change in glass thickness to 10 mm) and according to standard EN 12600 (classification 1B1),
- reinforced acoustic insulation (attenuation of up to 46 dB in glazing alone) which contributes to the comfort of the occupants,
- UV insensitivity without adding PVB film,
- use in humid environments,
- and preservation of brightness, even over long fire performance periods.
A taste for aesthetics and mastery of technology are at the heart of Promat's expertise.
The glazing Promat®-SYSTEMGLAS F1 et PROMAGLAS® F1, benefit from a specific technology: glazing composed of two tempered safety glasses, held by a spacer, with a layer of thermoreactive gel in the center. The thickness of the system varies depending on the desired fire resistance duration.
They promote maximum glazing clarity for a light transmission of 79 to 83% and offer remarkable optical quality (compliant with EN ISO 12150 ch.1.).
To highlight their simple, clean lines, these glass walls blend harmoniously with the peripheral steel frames - in a pure industrial and contemporary style - in PROMATECT®-H, or in various types of wood, for a warm and natural aesthetic.
The customization of partitions and the possibility of installing them in facets at angles of 90 to 180° allows you to design different atmospheres and visually attractive spaces.
Always at the forefront, Promat pushes the perfection of design down to the smallest details thanks to the screen-printed bands in light or dark tones (used to hide the spacers and the peripheral putty) which provide a final touch full of elegance (available in white, silver gray with metallic reflections, gray cast iron, anthracite gray or black).
Simplified implementation for greater freedom of development.
