Polyrey is launching the Club des Agenceurs (Appointment Club): a range of free, tailor-made services and benefits dedicated to professional fitters and joiners... to support them on a daily basis. The program includes:

Website mypolyrey.com:

Reserved for professionals, this new website, with login access, offers 24/24 access to technical documentation, new products, FAQs, e-shop, etc. As well as to all the services and tools of the Club des Agenceurs (request for bundles, registration for Polydays, technical support, etc.).

Fitters and carpenters can also give their opinion on the different products or respond to surveys on certain Polyrey references.

Technical support :

A direct telephone line specially dedicated to fitters and carpenters who are members of the Club has been set up by Polyrey since October (Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 13:30 p.m. to 17 p.m.).

Dedicated technicians answer questions on product implementation, bonding techniques, postforming, cutting, etc.

A specific email address is also dedicated to Club members with the commitment of an immediate response or within 24 hours in the case of specific requests.

E-shop samples:

Members of the Club des Agenceurs can order samples of Polyrey laminates in A4 format. These will then be sent directly to them or to their customers as soon as possible.

A free decorative bundles pack:

A selection and sales aid for customers and a work tool for the cabinetmaker, the decor bundle plays a key role in every project. Free of charge and upon request, members of the Polyrey Designers Club receive a pack of 7 decor bundles from the new 2017 Collection and a leaflet presenting the 156 Panoprey decors.

A visit to the Polyrey factory:

Polyrey also offers members of the Club des Agenceurs the opportunity to come and visit and discover its production site in Baneuil (24), its manufacturing processes, its various product references and new products.

“Tailor-Made” Quarterly Letter:

A quarterly, four-page external newsletter completes the Club's benefits: "Sur-Mesure." Distributed to members, this publication covers industry news, interviews with product experts, construction site references, and manufacturing reports.
