HIGH-QUALITY MATERIALS FOR A DURABLE PRODUCT

Fiberdeck's Boston fencing concept is based on a harmonious combination of materials: composite wood and anodized aluminum.



Aluminum Elements

Qualicoat certified and guaranteed for 15 years, the profiles, posts, blades and anthracite gray aluminum decors are epoxy powder coated (RAL7016). With a high-quality finish, they benefit from excellent durability and good resistance to bad weather.



To ensure a solid structure resistant to winds of 120 km/h, with a 50 cm deep seal, the 75 x 75 mm section posts are reinforced. Combined with a removable finishing profile, they allow for H or L type installation.

To create a fence end or start post and a perfect finish, an additional finishing profile is available.

Composite wood elements

The Boston fence also consists of the new PREMIUM (smooth appearance) and MODERN (faux-openwork appearance) coextruded composite wood slats.



Made from bio-sourced materials, 60% wood fibers (sawdust from secondary processing companies) and 40% recycled polyethylene, they are naturally resistant without treatment to insect and termite attacks, and to climatic conditions (temperature variations, UV rays, etc.).



The coextrusion process allows them to benefit from a 20-year guarantee against discoloration and stains. to provide a lasting, aesthetically pleasing and easy-to-maintain work.



Finally, to ensure that the fence is very strong, 1 blade out of 4 has a galvanized steel metal reinforcement.

COEXTRUDED COMPOSITE WOOD TECHNOLOGY

A pioneer in this field, Fiberdeck has revolutionized the world of composite wood and democratized coextrusion technology.



The coextrusion process involves applying a very thin, molten high-density polyethylene (HDPE) film directly onto the composite wood. This waterproof film protects the wood from moisture absorption, stabilizes the material, and reduces expansion.

Choice of height

It is easy to adjust the fence from 90 cm to 1,80 m in height by playing with the number of aluminum and/or composite wood slats and/or HERA and PAXOS decors.

Choice of blades

The Boston fence allows you to mix aluminum slats with composite wood slats:



- PREMIUM: with a smooth appearance, it is available in 4 colors: Teak, Ipe, Slate, Silver.

- MODERN: with a faux-clear-see-through appearance, it imitates thin, overlapping wooden slats and is available in Teak and Slate colors.

 

Choice of decorations

Contemporary, the PAXOS and HERA decors in powder-coated aluminum further personalize the fence both in terms of their position and their shape.



- The PAXOS decor, 3 mm thick, offers a sleek design. The Horizontal model replaces 3 composite blades.



- The HERA decor with its zebra lines brings a unique style. The Horizontal model replaces 2 composite blades.



The decorations fit perfectly on the aluminum or composite blades and in the grooves of the posts. They are available in horizontal or vertical versions.

EASY INSTALLATION

The Boston concept includes 15 elements to create your fence. Easy to install, the posts are fixed either in the ground or on a concrete slab, on a terrace or a low wall using plates.

All designs are delivered ready to use with all the necessary connectors for the fence. No screws or nails are required.

The fence is assembled by interlocking and connectors with a simple Allen key.

Once the 1st post is sealed, the blades (aluminum or composite wood) must be inserted into the rebate of the post, slide them to the ground then position and adjust the 2nd post.

Then, simply continue fitting the blades / posts / decorations on the desired length.
