CRÉAD / KAWNEER interior architecture and design competition: the winners
In September 2015, KAWNEER, the manufacturer of aluminum architectural systems, launched a competition for second-year students at the CRÉAD School of Interior Architecture and Design in Lyon. The awards ceremony took place on November 2, 16, in Paris, during the EquipBaie trade show.
As part of this competition, students had to imagine creative universes integrating KAWNEER joinery around 6 predefined themes, and this in one of the three sectors of activity of the industrialist: residential, tertiary and Public Buildings. Each group of students produced a project in the form of inspiration boards (moodboard). The best projects were selected by the KAWNEER jury, made up of Bertrand Lafaye (Marketing and Communication Manager) and Aïda Berrada (Human Resources Manager).
The winning project, inspired by the "Makers" trend, was created by Maureen Doux, Rémy Collomb, Léa Vuillet, and Isabeau Tisserand. The students designed new finishes and a window with a unique opening system.
This competition demonstrates KAWNEER's commitment to the creativity of future generations and marks the beginning of a fruitful partnership between KAWEER and CRÉAD.
