Activ Travaux Conference at Maison Déco Lorient

"Work brokerage: the interests of the client and the professional" is the theme of one of the conferences at the Maison Déco trade fair, which is being held in Lorient from 11 to 14 November 2010.

Hosted by Didier Fontaine, Marketing Director of Activ Travaux (a network born in Brittany which brings together 90 works brokers in France, and more than 3.000 construction professionals), this conference is scheduled for Friday, November 12, 2010 at 17 p.m. at the Parc des Expositions du Pays de Lorient.

Build, renovate, decorate, improve your home and garden; generate additional revenue, channel your energy: Individuals, business owners, traders, but also craftsmen, project managers, architects, etc. will discover how to rely on the commercial and organizational skills of construction brokers to save time and increase efficiency.

Because construction work is often synonymous with an obstacle course, a new profession has emerged: construction broker. The role of this "know-how selector" is to:

➢ secure the work, help its clients find professionals who will precisely meet the requirements of their projects and carry out quality work as quickly as possible and at the best price;
➢ promote the construction industry through high-performance products and services, provide commercial support to craftsmen to enable them to concentrate on their profession, and facilitate remote project management for project managers or design offices.

Throughout the duration of the show, brokers Active Works du Morbihan will welcome customers and professionals at their stand No. D6.
