Launch of the new range of medium-power burners NC 29 and NC 36 PRO VIEW

From January 2010, with the help of its 10 national agencies, CUENOD launches its new range of fuel or gas burners on the French market at very competitive prices NC 29 and NC 36 Pro View. Burners that guarantee superior energy performance, better environmental protection, as well as easier installation, use and maintenance.

It is to respond more precisely to the wishes of users and professionals that CUENOD has decided to provide them with these two medium-power forced-air burners (respectively 290 and 360 kW), in two-speed versions, for fuel oil and gas (the latter being equipped with the AGP System: Air Gas Proportional).

Primarily intended for the renovation market, these burners are perfectly suited to heating buildings, producing hot water, as well as numerous industrial applications, including: baking bread, heating laboratory sterilizers, drying tunnels for vehicle painting, incinerators, etc.

1/ EASE OF COMMUNICATION

Already excellent on previous models, the communication of these new burners is further improved. This is thanks in particular to internal R&D work, as well as to the opinions, reactions and advice collected by the company's sales and technical representatives from the various stakeholders in the heating chain, users and technicians, whether they commission, maintain or repair these products.

These improvements are mainly reflected in the MDE2® System and its language Cuenogram® equipped with new, easy-to-understand pictograms. In concrete terms, this results in great user-friendliness in terms of commissioning, operation and maintenance, notably with a large display on the front panel allowing very simple consultation without code of multiple, instantaneous or historical information.

2/ FINER REGULATION, EASY MAINTENANCE

The user thus has the possibility of better adapting the capacities of his installation to his needs, at the same time as he can instantly ensure better management of the maintenance of his burner.

As far as he is concerned, the technician can quickly and efficiently carry out even finer power regulation and, thanks to the integration of the System RTC® (head settings retained), burner maintenance is made easier, its restart is accelerated and its action is more reliable. Cleaning the air circuit, separated from the electrical part, is also made easier thanks to wide access to the volute and the inside of the air box.

3/ IMPROVED ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

In a context where environmental and technical constraints require increasingly efficient products, CUENOD makes its burners available to users and technicians in a compact cubic form (L: 400 mm, D: 450 mm, H: 370 mm) in which each element meets demanding standards.

Manufactured under AFAQ ISO 9002 certified quality assurance, the burners comply with European directives and CE marking. They are part of the strategy set by the Grenelle Environment Forum by:

• being equipped with fully recyclable materials, including packaging;

• reducing CO2 and NOx emissions;

• enabling the achievement - thanks to their intrinsic qualities associated with regulation, optimization and maintenance efforts - of significant energy savings.

For the daily comfort of users, particularly in terms of soundproofing:

• the air box is treated as a sound trap;

• the hood is made of polypropylene which absorbs most of the noise from the motor-fan unit.

4/ A REINFORCED AESTHETIC

While respecting its traditional aesthetic characteristics, CUENOD has decided to further highlight the remarkable qualities of its new range of burners, including:

• their robustness, with a more angular general hood shape;

• their dynamism, with three “claws” on the front;

• their durability, with the orange vertical band, the brand's emblematic color, at the same time as the display readable without removing the cover;

• their renewal, with the brand logo taking on a volumetric form.

5/ SUSTAINED PROMOTION

To support and complement the efforts of its agencies as well as its sales and technical staff in the field, CUENOD has decided to implement a sustained communication and promotion system which will be expressed in various forms from January 2010, the official launch date of the NC 29 and NC 36 Pro View burners on the French market.
