Carried out by OGS Energies, the renovation project of a stone farmhouse included the installation of Thermacome's Acosi+ wood fiber heating and cooling ceiling system, combined with a heat pump and a Thermador mixing cylinder to better manage flow rates and operating cycles. The choice of the ThermoZyklus control solution also helped optimize comfort and consumption.

The rehabilitation of this farmhouse had to meet two challenges: keep the exposed walls et ensure optimal thermal comfort in a region regularly subject to high temperatures.
Convinced after visiting two equipped houses, the customers chose the ACOSI+ heating and cooling ceiling, now available in a wood fiber version, a bio-sourced material which reinforces the inertia and energy efficiency of the building.
