Dény Fontaine certified ISO 14001

 Aware of the importance of the environment in its development, DÉNY FONTAINE has decided to commit to eco-citizenship. A comprehensive study of the environmental aspects and impacts of its activities has enabled the company to make every effort to obtain ISO 14001 certification.

DÉNY FONTAINE's new policy thus involves:

- improving the control of waste generated by the company to optimize its recovery through the installation of a selective sorting system,

- the establishment of a partnership with suppliers so that the most frequently purchased spare parts are delivered in reusable packaging. DÉNY FONTAINE also favors a network of "local" suppliers to promote the reduction of carbon emissions through transport,

- raising staff awareness of electricity and paper consumption and also of waste sorting,

- the provision of a fleet of company vehicles with an optimized environmental footprint,

- optimization of material deliveries always with a view to reducing carbon emissions through transport,

- the recovery of materials and waste for clean and safe construction sites,

- the use of PEFC paper which promotes sustainable forest management for printing documents, brochures, etc.

This new ISO 14001 certification thus attests to the performance of the Environmental Management System implemented by DÉNY FONTAINE to minimize the impacts of its activities, prevent incidents and improve its environmental performance.
