Attentive to these developments, DENY FONTAINE has chosen to enhance its COMPACT range by integrating Mifare technology into its high-performance C500 and C-PROX badge readers.

C-PROX and C500: two even more efficient solutions
Thanks to Mifare technology, DENY FONTAINE brings new guarantees of security to its C-PROX and C500 proximity card readers, whose reliability, sobriety of design and ease of installation have already convinced many customers to control all types of access.

Powered by four batteries, the C-PROX standalone badge reader boasts impeccable reading quality. Offering traceability and excellent access management, it operates with controlled entry and free exit. Equipped with two two-color LEDs on the front panel, feedback is instantly visible. The customizable C-PROX reader, available in a button or stand version, is available with a variety of badge holders, including credit cards, key fob tokens, and wristbands.

Compatible with the C-PROX reader and all DÉNY FONTAINE electric locks, the C500 centralized badge reader is available in an offline or online version. Surface-mounted or flush-mounted, it guarantees flawless traceability of operations and real-time information management in the online version thanks to two tricolor signaling LEDs on the front panel and/or an audible indicator. Its customizable front panel allows it to blend harmoniously into all styles of decoration.

For greater operating flexibility, the C-PROX and C500 readers are combined with computer software that simplifies card encoding, rereading and recording of all operations carried out on the software, viewing transactions at the lock level and time management.

Mifare, a predominant technology
With a frequency of 13,56 MHz, Mifare technology has the advantage of a greater data storage capacity and is compatible with other types of Mifare access control.

High-performance Mifare technology also guarantees more secure operation achieved through data encryption which limits the risk of hacking and optimizes the security of installations.

By integrating Mifare technology into its badge readers, DENY FONTAINE offers an alternative to the 125 kHz version – which remains available – and with it, new perspectives for its customers in terms of flexibility of management and use.
