Dény Security presents its innovations for the hotel industry at the EquipHotel trade fair

Dény Security will be showcasing its latest innovations at the EquipHotel trade fair, including the new DENY Tapkey connected cylinder and handle, as well as the Narrow Fit hotel management system. 

Based on NFC contactless technology, the cylinder and the handle DENY Tapkey combine Dény Security's expertise in providing optimal security with the flexibility of the Tapkey app. After downloading the app to your smartphone and logging in using your Tapkey or Google credentials, users can unlock a door contactlessly by simply holding the device close to the cylinder or handle.

This new technology allows hospitality and vacation rental professionals to easily manage access authorizations remotely, and saves users time by eliminating the need for check-in and key collection. For those who prefer a more traditional access method, Dény Security has designed the DENY Tapkey battery-free badge, which is fully programmable via the Tapkey app.

On the security side, numerous measures have been employed: encryption of communications between the application and the locking device, cancellation of access rights by erasing the user's identifiers or badge from the Tapkey application, the possibility of creating a blacklist of blocked identifiers and badges, or even deactivation of access rights using Google identifiers or from the Tapkey account in the event of theft of the Smartphone or malfunction.

The DENY Tapkey cylinder works without internet access and benefits from IP 65 protection, allowing it to be used indoors and outdoors.

Based on radio frequency technology (RFID), the system Narrow Fit enables contactless communication between the access card and the reader and ensures efficient door management. It consists of standalone electronic handles, software, a portable programmer, an encoder, RFID cards, a wall-mounted reader, and a smart energy saver. A range of complementary accessories is also available to meet the requirements and conditions of today's hotel market.

The Narrow Fit system comes with three models of autonomous, wire-free electric crutches that are easy to install in new construction and renovation: NANO, ADAPT and SLIM.
