KAWNEER aluminum joinery for the luxury villa Arcadio in Marbella

Located in the luxury La Zagaleta residence in Marbella, Spain, Villa Arcadio is a 3800 m² property with minimalist, avant-garde lines. To create the transparent woodwork for this villa, the architectural firm Maíz y Díaz Arquitectos called on KAWNEER.

The house has 1000 m2 of interior space and 2800 m2 of exterior space. It consists of two floors and a basement. To emphasize the volumes and erase the boundaries between inside and outside, the architects integrated numerous aluminum glazed spaces custom-made by KAWNEER. An AA100 curtain wall forms the glass facade of the cathedral living room, the bay windows were designed with KASTING sliding windows with a recessed threshold, and KALORY visible opening and KASSIOPÉE hidden opening windows were installed in all rooms of the house. Finally, the monumental entrance was created using a large KANADA door. The architects benefited from the support of KAWNEER teams from the early stages of the project.
