Doerken helps make homes energy-efficient
Always less, always lower—this is the goal pursued by individual home builders. To help achieve this goal, Doerken is developing insulation and waterproofing solutions, solutions that it will present at the International Wood Fair, which will take place in Nantes at the beginning of June.

In the current context, where consuming less energy has become a priority for everyone, new or renovated homes must meet energy improvement needs.
Energy savings therefore result from limiting energy production and consumption through the use of materials that allow a significant reduction in heat loss as well as high wind, air and water tightness.
The Doerken company provides concrete solutions to energy saving and waterproofing issues.
Improving thermal performance
Renovating the roofs of older homes is often a complex task. Doerken addresses this concern with DELTA®-MAXX COMFORT, which:
- is a highly vapor-permeable insulating under-roof screen allowing thermal insulation between rafters to be completed from the outside.
- is waterproof, windproof and highly permeable to water vapor: it combines the advantages of an HPV under-roof screen and thermal insulation.
Cold air entering our homes from outside is a real problem in the fight against energy loss. To address this, Doerken has designed:
- on the roof: DELTA®-VITAXX PLUS and DELTA®-VENT S PLUS
- on the facade: DELTA®-FASSADE PLUS and DELTA®-VENT N PLUS
DELTA®-VENT N PLUS
...which create a windproof outer envelope and limit the penetration of cold air at the overlaps between strips in an insulated construction thanks to a new overlap gluing system with two integrated self-adhesive edges.
Air tightness
Energy savings are not only the result of good exterior insulation, but also of good interior insulation that reduces heat loss.
DELTA®-REFLEX Plus
- reflective reinforced vapor barrier with an integrated self-adhesive strip, applied on the warm side, which creates an airtight layer in an insulated construction.
Summer comfort
Limiting the heating of attics in summer is possible by using screens with reflective surfaces.
DELTA®-ENERGY
- reduces heat transmission through the construction thanks to its reflective metallized surface.
- improves summer comfort in the underlying rooms on hot days, compared to a non-reflective screen.
