DOM-Metalux presents a new magnetic 1/2 turn bolt lock

DOM-Metalux pushes the boundaries of design with a new magnetic 1/2-turn bolt lock for interior doors.

Equipped with a 40 to 50 mm axle, it is available in four versions:

• European profile with deadbolt and 1/2 turn
• 1/2 turn bolt only
• locking cane beak
• L key with deadbolt and 1/2 turn

The magnetic half-turn bolt lock boasts an even more aesthetic design, ideal for contemporary commercial or residential interiors. When the door is open, the bolt remains in the lock and does not protrude from the edge of the door, unlike a conventional model. It is therefore completely invisible.

Thanks to its magnetism, the half-turn bolt only extends when it is facing its magnetic strike plate. It activates with a discreet click, thus providing a smooth and silent closing. In addition, it does not rub against the door frame and does not damage it.

Easy to install, the DOM-Metalux magnetic half-turn bolt lock is resealable without disassembly and compatible with any type of door closer. Its universal bolt does not need to be reversed depending on the direction of the door. Finally, its standard dimensions allow it to be fitted without modification to all doors with NF 1 type notches, 2 and 150 axles.
