Watts is expanding its Vision® range with a smart thermostat for precise, connected regulation of heating systems.

An innovative solution for intelligent and connected regulation

Designed to regulate the temperature in every room, the new wireless digital room thermostat from Watts has a backlit LCD screen with two touch keys and a rotary knob for easy use. It is programmable and allows precise settings thanks to bidirectional wireless communication (868,3 MHz):

temperatures of heating modes,
intelligent functions such as open window detection, frost protection, hysteresis configuration, particularly suitable for installations that require long heating ranges to have more spaced heating status changes (heat pumps, etc.), or even proportional band adjustment (PWM).

Temperature control is provided by internal sensors. Once configured according to the type of installation (room with thermostat and thermostatic heads, room with thermostat and receivers or thermostatic heads, underfloor heating, etc.), a symbol on the screen indicates whether the heating system is activated or not. In the latter two cases, each zone is identifiable by its specific setpoint temperature.

Powered by two AAA batteries, the Vision® Wireless BT-DP2 smart thermostat can be easily wall-mounted or placed on a tabletop using the included stand. For even more control options (underfloor heating, combined heating, etc.), it is optionally compatible with an external sensor without the need for an additional power supply.

Paired with the BT-CT03 RF central unit of the WATTS Vision® system, which has the capacity to control up to 50 different zones, it is then possible to fully control the heating remotely via a dedicated mobile application (iOS and Android), all thanks to the integrated WiFi connection.
