EASY ROOF INTEGRATION KIT, a solar solution under ATEC adapted and compatible with all terracotta tile or slate roofs

EDILIANS will present on its stand the developments of the EASY ROOF INTEGRATION KIT, its innovative process for installing photovoltaic modules integrated into the building.

Thanks to new flashings that ensure perfect roof waterproofing, included in the EASY ROOF INTEGRATION kit, this patented fixing system is now under ATEC validated by the CSTB for all types of roofing. The EASY ROOF INTEGRATION KIT is available under ATEC with fullblack 445Wp JINKO modules or red 400Wp DAH SOLAR modules, for roofs in:

• strongly curved tiles (> 30 mm) such as OMEGA 10,

• slightly curved relief tiles (< 30 mm) such as RHONA 10,

• slightly curved tiles with a flat profile like the ALPHA 10,

• flat overlapping tiles,

• slates (DTU 40.11).

Remember that this ingenious process, without cutting or joining, allows the panel to be fixed and the frame to be held in place, without drilling it, while allowing for its expansion. Thus, the EASY ROOF INTEGRATION frame expands vertically and horizontally, which guarantees its durability. Efficient, EASY ROOF INTEGRATION benefits from optimized ventilation thanks to air inlets and outlets under each module.

Offered as a complete kit (mounting system, photovoltaic panels, micro-inverter or central inverter, AC and DC cables, electrical protection), the assembly is quick and easy to install to provide energy production at the highest level. Installed at the heart of the roof, whatever the type of covering, the EASY ROOF INTEGRATION is an ideal solution for a high-performance, durable and aesthetic solar installation, without distorting the structure. This is why it was selected to be included in the "ARTIBAT 2025 New Products" course by a jury composed of construction professionals (CAPEB, ARTIBAT, Design Office, AQC artisans).

EDIPACK, everything you need for a successful solar installation in one box! 

With the aim of making life easier for roofers to enable them to better serve their private clients and prepare their solar projects with ease, EDILIANS will also unveil the EDIPACK, an all-in-one kit for the installation of its EASY ROOF TOP overlay mounting system.

Ready to install, compact and easy to transport, it includes all the fixing elements for the installation, in portrait, of three photovoltaic modules. The EDIPACK can be added as desired, it is possible to install, with two kits, a line of six modules or two lines of three modules, without additional parts and in compliance with the ETN* and the areas of use below:

• any snow and wind zone in mainland France and Corsica (excluding French overseas departments and territories),

• at a maximum altitude of 800 m,

• on a 1 or 2-sided roof,

• with a maximum center distance of 900 mm,

• outside the seafront (≤ 3 km),

• terrain category 2, 3a, 3b or 4 (excluding 0),

• on a building with a maximum height of 20 m.

Available in seven versions, with or without rail, to suit all roofing projects (highly curved mechanical tile with grey hook/rail or black hook/rail, low-curved mechanical tile with relief or flat ridges, flat tile with overlap, canal tile, slate, fibre cement).

With quick and intuitive configuration thanks to the dedicated color code according to the type of tile, the EDILIANS EDIPACK brings together all the essentials for installing a solar system quickly and without unpleasant surprises, thus offering real time savings to craftsmen.

In addition to EASY ROOF INTEGRATION and EDIPACK, EDILIANS, which boasts the widest residential solar range on the market, with flexible and modular products for new builds and renovations, will also be exclusively exhibiting its new storage solution. While the selling price of surplus kWh by EDF is falling, it represents a significant advantage for optimizing self-consumption.

To enhance the roofs of the Atlantic Arc, the MEDIAN RENO Gélis tile from EDILIANS is enhanced with two new colors

From the MÉDIANE range with the Gélis terroir designation, a benchmark for roofers, the MÉDIANE RÉNO tile from EDILIANS is inspired by the aesthetics of canal tiles and is available in different shades.

Already available in a varied choice of shades popular in the Southwest and on the Atlantic coast, the MÉDIANE RÉNO Gélis tile from EDILIANS is now available in two new colors:

• Vendée Coast, a refined shade, ideal for elegantly enhancing the roofs of coastal areas,

• Land of Vienna, perfect for enhancing the buildings of the hinterland.

Enough to blend harmoniously into the natural decor of these geographical areas and meet the expectations of all new and renovation projects, even the most demanding! With its double interlocking, the highly curved MÉDIANE RÉNO Gélis large-mould tile offers great flexibility and ease of installation, particularly suited to installation constraints thanks to:

• its NF FP certification which authorizes its installation on a low slope,

• its double installation set including a lateral one of 3,5 cm and a longitudinal one of 1,6 cm which facilitates the necessary adjustments on existing roofs which are often irregular,

• a variable longitudinal gauge of 360 to 376 mm,

• 11,1 to 13,6 tiles/m2 depending on covering.

It is compatible with a wide range of accessories (plain pan, ridge, bank, gutter, roofing components, etc.) including a new pediment decorated with the famous Vendée Heart, specially crafted for this department.
